Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AutoVanish marketing website and the AutoVanish Shopify application (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AutoVanish provides tools to help Shopify merchants manage product visibility based on inventory and rules you configure. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility & Shopify

Use of the app requires an active Shopify store and compliance with Shopify's terms, policies, and the Shopify App Store rules. If you access the Service through Shopify, Shopify's relationship with you is separate from these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of store data and for reviewing automation before relying on it for business decisions.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights.
• You retain responsibility for your storefront, products, and compliance with applicable consumer and commerce laws.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet every merchant workflow.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoVanish and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), unless a higher minimum is required by law.

6. Fees

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees and billing are handled through Shopify's billing mechanisms as shown at checkout or in the app. Taxes may apply.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive termination.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this site. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of AutoVanish, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
